AIRPORT transfer shuttle SERVICE

Available from London Heathrow (LHR) and London Gatwick (LGW) airports

We have two types of airport transfers available to book.

AIRPORT TRANSFER If your child is arriving and/or departing Heathrow or Gatwick airport on a flight, we can accommodate them on our shuttle service so long as their flight lands between the times listed below. If this is the case please book an Airport Shuttle Transfer. You must choose “with Unaccompanied Minor Service” if you are using this service.

PARENT AIRPORT DROP-OFF/COLLECTION If you are dropping and/or collecting your child at Heathrow or Gatwick airport so they can use our transport service please book a Drop-off/Collection Transfer. The drop-off and collection times are listed below.

It’s essential that you book the correct type of transfer. Due to the complexity and security of our transfer days, we cannot accommodate drop-off and collection transfers at any other times.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

ARRIVAL TRANSFERS: Flights landing 08:00-16:00 on Monday

DEPARTURE TRANSFERS: Flights departing 11:00-18:00 on Sunday

If booking an unaccompanied minor service with the airline, please select this transfer type. There is a £30 supplement for this service.

PARENT AIRPORT DROP-OFF/COLLECTION

ARRIVAL DROP-OFF:

Heathrow Airport: 10:30 Terminal 2 Arrivals Hall

Gatwick Airport: 10:30 South Terminal Arrivals Hall

DEPARTURE COLLECTION:

Heathrow Airport: 12:00 Terminal 2 Check-In (Level 5)

Gatwick Airport: 12:00 South Terminal Arrivals Hall

OUT-OF-HOURS

In the unlikely event that you are unable to arrange flights during these hours please email transfers@eurosportscamps.com and we may be able to arrange an out-of-hours transfer for an additional charge. Unfortunately we are unable to offer out-of-hours transfers where players arrive at the camp after 11pm or need to leave the camp before 7am.

HOW IT WORKS

We have an airport team in each of our selected airports on arrival and departure days. Our staff will be holding a sign to identify themselves to your child in the arrivals hall. We have a Transfer Information Pack that we will supply you with after booking, which explains the process in detail. For departure transfers, our staff will help your child check-in and direct them to security. We can also transfer your child to the airline’s unaccompanied minor (UM) service if you have booked this service with the airline.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR SERVICE

We recommend using an Unaccompanied Minor (UM) or Airport Assistance service if your child is under 14 years old or is an inexperienced traveller. This service provides an airline staff member to supervise and escort your child during their flight and in the parts of the airport that are not accessible to our staff. Most airlines offer this service and some require you to use this service for children under a certain age so please check with the airline and pay applicable fees for both your inbound and outbound journey. If you have booked this service you must notify us in your transfer booking.
