Complete Welfare Information
Please complete this form at least 8 weeks before your camp start date or immediately if your child has an existing medical condition or you are booking sooner than 8 weeks before the camp starts. It is a condition of your booking that this form is completed so that we can provide appropriate support for your child during the camp. Players will not be accepted on to the camp if we do not have this information.

Outstanding Balance?
If you paid a deposit when you booked your camp, your balance is due by 1st May. You can pay your balance here.
Transfer Guide
If you book an airport transfer, we will provide a comprehensive guide to share with your child prior to the camp. We will let you know when it is available here.
Your camp comes with Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the extent of cover this provides and that the Participant has adequate travel and medical insurance to cover the costs of any medical treatment that may be required.
